Read these before you book a pick-up - the fees at the bottom are real, and we'd rather you know now.
- Pick-up is between 6pm–8pm Friday, or 8am–10am Saturday for Saturday parties. Times are at our discretion and may change — but our staff can't wait around past the window.
- Sunday pick-up times are set a day or two ahead, depending on scheduling.
- Saturday rentals must be back by 8am Sunday. Later than that and you're charged the full extra-day rental at the delivery price — not the discounted pick-up price — plus a $200 inconvenience fee.
- A $75 cleaning fee applies to any unit not returned in the condition it went out in.
- A $25 re-rolling fee applies to any unit that doesn't fit back in the bag we provided.
- You need to be able to lift 150 lbs. One person at the office will help you load, but we can't guarantee anyone is there when you drop off.
- Vehicle: a pick-up truck or trailer works best. A minivan or large SUV is fine for regular bounce houses only — no combos, jousts or obstacle courses — and only with all back seats folded flat.
- You'll sign paperwork at pick-up confirming you've read and accepted the rules.
- Bring a valid ID.
